What is Paper Bridge Mail Club?
Paper Bridge Mail Club is a monthly envelope that brings together Japan and Australia through letters, artwork, photographs, stationery, and small keepsakes. It's designed to feel like receiving mail from a friend who wants to share a little piece of both worlds with you.
What will I receive each month?
Every month's envelope is different, but you can expect a selection of 8 to 10 items inspired by Japan and Australia.
Each month includes a mix of pieces I've personally designed alongside carefully selected items that reflect the culture, beauty, and everyday life of both countries. Contents may include stationery, postcards, stickers, photographs, collectibles, paper crafts, and other themed surprises.
Part of the experience is discovering what arrives in your letterbox each month.
Can I purchase a single envelope without subscribing?
Yes. If you'd like to experience Paper Bridge Mail Club without an ongoing subscription, you can choose our one-time purchase option.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel on or before the 15th of the month, you will not be charged for or receive that month's envelope.
If you cancel after the 15th, your current month's envelope will still be processed and shipped, and your subscription will then end before the next month's renewal.
When will my envelope be posted?
Sign-ups for each month's envelope close on the 15th of the month.
Sign-ups placed on or before the 15th will receive that month's envelope. Sign-ups placed after the 15th will automatically be included in the following month's mail-out.
Envelopes are packed and shipped during the second half of each month.
Where do you ship from?
All envelopes are packed and shipped from Australia
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Paper Bridge Mail Club ships to selected countries that are eligible for international letter mail services under Australia Post guidelines.
International shipping is included in the subscription price for eligible countries.
Please note that international orders are sent as untracked letter mail. Delivery times vary by destination and may take several business weeks to arrive.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, unfortunately we are currently unable to ship there at the moment.
How long does shipping take?
Australia
- Generally 2–10 business days after dispatch.
International
- Delivery times vary by country and local postal services.
- Most international orders arrive within 2–6 weeks, although occasional delays can occur.

What if my envelope is lost or damaged?
If your envelope arrives damaged or you experience any issues with delivery, please get in touch through our Contact page.
While postal delays and issues can occasionally occur, we'll do our best to assist and help find a solution.
Why did you create Paper Bridge Mail Club?
I'm half Japanese and half Australian, and I've spent my life between two cultures that have shaped who I am.
Paper Bridge Mail Club began as a way to share the little things I love from both countries, the stationery, the paper goods, the photographs, the culture, and the everyday moments that often go unnoticed.
In a world that moves increasingly fast, I wanted to create something slower, more personal, and a little nostalgic. Something that feels like receiving a letter from a friend.
